Russell Boyd - DirectorRussell has been working in animation using real-time tools and game engines since 2004 and what started as a hobby has become a full time career in the last few years. Experienced and award winning and using a variety of engines including Second Life, flight simulators, iClone and MovieStorm. Russell launched his own company, Wee Bit Studios, in 2001 and has been working with a diverse range of clients for animation, video editing and 3D modelling. He also works as the resident director for PookyMedia in Second Life, the stunning virtual world in which Time Travelers was filmed. Russell's background and career before moving into video production was as an electronic engineer, college lecturer and IT Manager. |

Claus Gahrn - MusicMy name is Claus Gahrn and I am a composer, producer and sound designer from Denmark. I compose music in a wide range of genres, but specialize in cinematic orchestral music and ambient electronic music. I have scored a large number of short films, machinima, documentaries as well as written numerous works for the concert stage. I am classically trained with a Bachelor´s Degree in guitar performance and composition, and a Master´s Degree in composition and electronic music production. |
Richard G Roberto - Sound EffectsI'm married to an angel, have three wonderful children, and more airedale terriers than I can count. I'm a technologist in my full time profession, and a collector of hobbies in my spare time. My hobbies include oil painting, writing, filmmaking, audio engineering, and I've been a musician for more than 30 years. I'm currently involved with a jazz funk trio in my copious spare time, in addition to various writing projects. I was fortunate to be able to work on the wonderful Time Travelers project with so many amazing people! It's been a joy and a gift! |
Marc Cholette - Sound Effects, Actor (Trevor)Marc Cholette has been composing music professionally for over 30 years and acting for 40. Beginning in high school he won the title of best actor for the province of Ontario and then joined a touring theatre company upon completing college. He then began a long term love affair with music composing which led to a successful career as an opening theme composer for television networks in Canada. Some of his notable contracts include the Theme for the C.B.C. Olympics which is still in use today as well as the National news program. He is happy to lend his voice to the character "Trevor" in the Time Travelers series as well as creating sounds effects for the first 3 episodes. |
Hugh Hancock - Motion CaptureHugh Hancock has been and developing innovative Machinima filmmaking techniques and products for the past 16 years, since the birth of the medium. As one of the first Machinima creators to integrate motion capture into Machinima filmmaking, he was perfectly placed to create the motion capture for Time Travelers. Hugh is responsible for coining the term "Machinima" and founding Machinima.com which became the Machinima network. An independent Machinima creator himself, his most recent work is "Death Knight Love Story", starring Joanna Lumley, Brian Blessed, Jack Davenport, and Anna Chancellor. Currently, Hugh is perfecting his motion capture techniques using the same technologies as "Avengers Assemble", as well as being one of the first filmmakers working with the Oculus Rift virtual reality system, and finishing up the second part of Death Knight Love Story. |

Ricky Grove - ZanzibarRicky Grove is an actor, writer and bookseller. He's also the producer of the Machinima Expo, a yearly virtual film festival devoted to all forms of animation, but focusing on Machinima. He's voiced characters for many animated films including m Dot Strange's recent "I AM NIGHTMARE". Ricky writes computer graphics reviews for Renderosity.com. His day job is working at a great used bookstore in Los Angeles: The Iliad Bookshop. Ricky lives with his partner, horror-writer Lisa Morton, and an apartment full of cats, books and Dvd's. |
